See Something Say Something

Clayton County Public Schools is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for our students, staff, and visitors. Every day, leadership makes decisions with our students and staff’s safety in mind. In response to the growing number of social media threats targeting our community, the leadership of Clayton County Public Schools is proactively informing individuals who violate our policies and protocols of the serious consequences they may face.

Social Media Threats & Consequences Video Update:

https://youtu.be/9j9nCIM6zCY?si=fpNPnKPXqQ1G1LJE

The video presentation above highlights our top priority: maintaining a safe learning space for students and a secure working environment for our employees. We urge parents and guardians to be vigilant and closely monitor their children's social media activity to help prevent the circulation of these threats.

Students are reminded that social media misuse, including the posting of threats, will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including law enforcement involvement. Everyone in our community must remain aware and work together to maintain a safe environment for all.

We encourage everyone to use our See Something, Say Something Tip Line by downloading the free CCPS Mobile App, available on Apple and Android devices. Search "Clayton County PS" and download today to stay updated and connected!
