Welcome to RMS. I am Officer Bailey your 2023-2024 Law Enforcement Officer/School Resource Officer I am here to promote safety in and around the school by addressing crime, safety, and other areas of concern. I serve as a liaison between the school and the community. As an educator, I can teach topics related to law enforcement geared toward positive student behavior. As a mentor, I build relationships, reinforce positive behaviors, and connect with the students, staff, parents, and the community with needed services and resources. I also develop and implement safety plans or strategies with school administrators and local first responders.

The safety of our students, staff, and facilities is of the utmost importance. In that regard, CCPS works closely with our local law enforcement partners regarding school safety initiatives. Additionally, the district has a number of programs and protocols in place to promote safety and security.
