Please see the attached forms that must be completed before students receive their Chromebooks for the 2024-2025 school year. We will start distributing Chromebooks to students very soon, but this process must be completed before your scholar receives his/her device. Failure to complete these forms will delay your scholar from receiving his/her device and can potentially place your scholar behind with their school work.
